A Note From Our Ranch Manager
Brian Lee joined Owens Farms (Manzo’s sole producer) in 2016. Before joining our team, Brian honed his skills in the equestrian world where he worked closely with polo ponies. His expertise in animal care and management has made him an integral part of our team. In his role as ranch manager, Brian oversees the day-to-day operations on the farm. From managing livestock to ensuring the smooth functioning of the farm’s operations, Brian's meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic keep our operations running seamlessly.
Working at Owens Farms has been a great experience, offering a wonderful family environment that I truly appreciate. I love working outside and with the cattle, which has been incredibly fulfilling. Over the last eight years, I have learned a lot about cattle, farming, and grass management. My absolute favorite thing is seeing cows out on pasture and moving them across the farm.
I believe beef is a central part of the human diet, and for those who can, incorporating Manzo beef into their meals is something they should consider.
