On the evening of Friday, August 2, 2024, the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, hosted Manzo Piedmontese and Railsback Frères for a one-of-a-kind themed dinner. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Hualalai's white-sand beaches and black-lava landscapes, this exclusive event promised to be a journey into gastronomic excellence, where Italian traditions met Hawaiian paradise.

Brian Lee joined Owens Farms (Manzo’s sole producer) in 2016. In his role as ranch manager, Brian oversees the day-to-day operations on the farm. From managing livestock to ensuring the smooth functioning of the farm’s operations, Brian's meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic keep our operations running seamlessly.
