On October 31, 2024, Manzo Piedmontese joined members of the BOAT International Captains’ Club for a Halloween-themed lū‘au—a perfect blend of festive fun and high-end networking. The evening, hosted after a bustling day at FLIBS, provided an opportunity for captains, their senior crew, and friends of BOAT International to unwind and connect.
The highlight of the evening? A Hawaiian-style barbecue menu curated by Manzo and expertly prepared by the renowned Chef Chad White. Guests indulged in an unforgettable culinary experience featuring fresh beef tartare and savory sliders, both crafted from our premium fassone beef known for its exceptional tenderness, lean profile, and rich flavor.

Throughout FLIBS, Manzo Piedmontese also had the pleasure of partnering with IYC, one of the world's leading yachting companies. Our tartare serving station became a focal point of the event, offering guests a delectable and unique culinary delight amidst the showcase of cutting-edge yacht designs and innovations.
The festivities also celebrated the world premiere of the 110 MUSTIQUE from Moonen Yachts, adding to the grandeur of the occasion. Manzo was honored to complement this unveiling with our signature cuisine, creating an atmosphere where luxury met craftsmanship both on and off the water.
